Exchanges and returns

We do not issue refunds. If the item has a manufacturing defect or you want another size, you have up to 7 days to return the product. It must be with the label and the packaging in which it was delivered. You must contact us via DM to coordinate the return and send you a new item (subject to available stock). The shipping cost for the exchange will depend on the place to which it is sent and will be covered by the buyer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will assume that cost.
